Located on the flat land beside the calm, slow moving Warm River, this small campground fills fast with families eager to jump in the water and float along on tubes. There are 27 sites. Most are first come/first serve and about half are tent only. There's also a group camp which was in use when we visited. It's set up with the sites side by side in parking spaces and has a large, covered shelter with tables.
We got the last site left in the newer section of the campground. The sites are fairly close together so there's little privacy but they are all accessible with paved parking pads and pavement under the tables and around the fire rings. The older sites are under the trees with dirt parking pads. They are not accessible.
