Both Seth and Stephanie work fulltime besides raising their children and taking care of the farm so we did not have time for a tour before it got dark but Seth opened the store for us and was happy to spend time answering all of our questions. We bought sausage, chicken, pork and honey. We’ve eaten the sausage, pork, and honey. All were very good. The chicken will become homemade soup in a few days – yum!
The are two RV parking spots beside the barn at the top of the hill. Both are fairly level. Farm 39.54236, -76.91067Saturday, November 13, 2021
Redemption Springs Farm
It’s been a while since our last Harvest Host stay. This is a good one. Seth and Stephanie Furches bought this small farm in 2019 and named it Redemption Springs. They raise chickens, turkeys, cattle, and hogs and have chosen heritage animals-breeds that are threatened or recovering from extinction. It’s important to save these animals because so many of our livestock breeds are from the same gene pools and susceptible to diseases.

Nice that you found a great HH place. We've always enjoyed staying at HH spots. Farms are tops in our book!
