Tony became a Moose member last summer but we haven’t had a chance to camp at another one of their lodges until now. This one is out in the countryside near a spring fed fishing lake and the little town of Lake Panasoffkee.
The camping area is behind the lodge. The spaces are short but a few are long enough for big RVs. Water and electricity are provided but there isn’t a dump station. Moose members pay $10.00 a night. Lodge

We became Elks for that nice benefit...worked out great in South Bend, IN for us. Have yet to use again...but sure nice to have in your back pocket!

ReplyDeleteThe one that we stayed at doesn't have regular Saturday night dances as far as I know. We only stayed two nights. We wanted to visit our friends at their Thousand Trails campsite and restock our freezer with the stuff that they had kindly kept for us when our fridge broke.
DeleteBut then back to the other side of Orlando for pre-surgery tests.
