The museum features historical and contemporary art, most created by artists from Indiana and the surrounding regions. Selections from the museum’s permanent collection are on display in the Carmichael Gallery with four more galleries featuring traveling shows and special exhibitions. The museum is small so it doesn't take long to see it all.
The museum is accessible.
The pull through road at the museum entrance has a blue painted curb and parking spaces where RVs will fit. On-street parking is limited near the museum. We parked four blocks north on Madison Street where there aren’t meters or a posted time limit. The sidewalk and curb cuts are in good condition but the trip to the museum is downhill. Downhill going :-(
ReplyDeleteUphill going back always seems harder...
Yeah, if we go on a unpaved trail we avoid any that start with a downhill run. :-D
DeleteYes to both of you!
ReplyDeleteYou guys always seem to be going uphill. I'm amazed at some of the hikes that you take!
