Mt. Revelstoke National Park

045
Most of the terrain in Mt Revelstoke NP is steep without trails or roads.  Meadows in the Sky Parkway, a 16 mile twisting road in the far southwest corner, provides access to mountain meadows and trails. Route 1 cuts along the southern edge of the park where there are a couple of picnic areas and short trails through a skunk cabbage swamp and a cedar forest.

We did not drive Meadows in the Sky. We did stop at Giant Cedars Trail and Skunk Cabbage Trail. Giant Cedars Trail is not accessible due to many steps. Skunk Cabbage Trail is not accessible due to very steep sections on first part which is a dirt. The boardwalk section is wide and in good condition but does not have guard boards on the edges.
