Community Memorial Museum

029
Along with artifacts and exhibits about the Maidu Indians and early settlers this museum also has a multi-cultural wing which tells the interesting stories of some of the ethic groups who have immigrated to the Yuba-Sutter area of California. Punjabi, Japanese, Chinese and Hmong cultures are covered with plans to include more groups in the future. Photography is not permitted in the museum. (I took the one above before I noticed the sign)

  The museum is accessible.

The parking lot is small and only has one entrance/exit so backing up is necessary. Small RVs will fit if parked lengthwise across the spaces or by backing over the grass. Museum
