Lyre River Campground-DNR
About a third of the sites in the small campground have a river view. The accessible site is especially nice with a hard surfaced path leading to a wooden deck that is right next to the campsite. The campsites are close together without much privacy. A few of them are large enough for RVs.
This is the first DNR campground we’ve visited that requires campers to fill out a check-in form. It’s also the first one where a DNR employee stopped by to check passes.

ReplyDeleteIt is a nice site but busy on the weekends. We're really enjoying these little DNR campgrounds!
