Bear Creek Campground -DNR

This 16 site Department of Natural Resources campground is not really close to any of Olympic National Park’s attractions and, probably because of that, it doesn’t get a lot of use. Only four sites were occupied when we camped there.  We chose this site for the sunshine but the accessible site, which is surrounded by large trees, is a pull through - large, flat, and very nice.

Most of the sites are fairly level and some are roomy enough for larger RVs.  Because of the close location of US 101 there is always some traffic noise.
