Northwest Railway Museum

010  A few exhibits are located in the restored 1890 depot and restored train cars are lined up on the tracks but the most interesting train cars are the ones along Centennial Trail. They’re unrestored hunks of rusty metal and peeling paint but unfortunately they’re behind a high chain link fence so you can’t get close enough to get a good look at them but there are interpretive signs.

The depot and trail are accessible. A hand cranked lift provides wheelchair access to the train which operates on scheduled weekends. The depot is opened everyday – no charge to visit.

RVs will fit in the parking lot off of Fir Street, one block north of the Depot. Walk/roll south to see the depot and north to the trail.  Depot
