Follow the signs for the RV park. There are about twenty sites with water and electric plus a dump station. The electric is locked; the water and dump station are open and there aren't any signs about a fee to use them. Besides the RV spaces there are nine long RV/bus/truck parking spots plus a large empty lot. No need to check in unless you want to stay in the RV park.
The walk/roll to the casino is level with crosswalks. Some of the curb cuts are a little wonky but using the street works fine. The chairs are heavy but the card and money slots are easy to reach.
