The bikeway is 24 miles long and travels through forest, farmland, and several towns. We walked/rolled about two miles north from the Currier Street Trailhead before turning around. This section crosses the Hocking River and is almost totally in the shade with few breaks in the forest for river or scenic views. It's paved, in good condition, and level.
The parking lot at Currier Street Trailhead is very small
and difficult to access so any of the many lots along the bikeway would
be better. Bikeway 39.33879, -82.11167
Looks like a great trail.
