Holmes County Trail
The Holmes County Trail is a unique rail trail. One side is asphalt for biking, roller-blading, walking, running, and wheelchairs and the other side is chip seal for horse-drawn vehicles and horseback riding. The large Amish community has a safe corridor to travel from their farms to the towns located along the trail.
This trail is great for Walmart overnight RVers because the Walmart in Millersburg is an access point to the trail. We followed the trail south for about two miles. It’s wide, smooth and travels through a tunnel of trees. The trail north is used more by the Amish and the horses have made it a bit rough. Trail
