Sears Oil Co. Museum
This is the cutest little gas station! Howard P. Sears started his first business, fixing and selling bicycles, when he was just 14. He soon expanded to sell auto accessories and gasoline. This was his second gas station, built in 1929, and still operating in 1974. Everything has been meticulously restored to it’s original appearance.
The building wasn’t opened when we visited so we didn’t get to see the tiny museum. There’s a step up to entry door.
RVs can park along the street across from the museum. Station
