Twenty five thousand years ago an unfrozen land bridge opened through the vast expanse of glaciers that covered North America and Siberia allowing animals and people to migrate southward and populate the Americas. Most of the animals are extinct but some like mammoths lived very recently and others like yaks still exist.
There are a few handicapped spaces close to the entrance that are long enough for short RVs and one space that is long enough for large class As. The displays are all easy to see. There are a couple of spaces for wheelchairs in the last row of seats in the theater but the floor slants down a bit so it may be move comfortable to stay in the area behind the seats.
The parking for cars and RVs is a little removed from the museum with a pathway leading to the entrance. Museum
